Saw just a few few spruce moths, but the fish liked them. Slowed down when the wind started about lunchtime.

  2. Cory Jenson Reported:

Best Fly: Peach #10 Morish Hopper
Water Conditions: It rose with the rain
    Weather Conditions: Hot with Thunderstorms
    Floated or Waded: waded
Section of Water Fished: Near Wise River, MT

The water has come up a little bit with the rain showeres. I have been fishing hoppers in the sun and streamers in the clouds and have been doing really well. Morish Hoppers in peach have been deadly.

  3. Trent Bring Reported:

    Best Fly: Foam Caddis
    Water Conditions: 590 CFS
    Weather Conditions: Hot
    Floated or Waded: floated
Section of Water Fished: Near Divide

I threw hoppers all day yesterday with my wife on the Bighole and the fish aren’t ready for them. We did force feed a few fish and a few fish ate the Caddis dropper but overall it was fairly slow day. It was nice to be out on the water. Silver Bridge is back open.
